WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@btrdays.com so we can help.

Sizing can be tricky, so feel free to reach out before purchasing. A size chart is included on each product page. Thank you — ily. 🤍


WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

We proudly follow a slow fashion model. Every item is made to order in small batches to reduce waste and support a more eco-friendly process.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be created and shipped (often sooner).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED,” BUT I DON’T HAVE MY PACKAGE.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier for more information.
Once a package is marked delivered, the carrier is the only one who can locate it.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Yes — we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs vary by country and package weight.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as potentially fraudulent by Shopify’s system.

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for details.


TRACKING MY PACKAGE

Once your order has shipped, the carrier is the best source for tracking updates. We only have access to the same tracking information you do.

  • International orders: If your package has been in transit for more than 20 days, contact your local customs office to check if it’s awaiting clearance or fees.

  • Domestic orders: If your package has not been marked “In Transit” within 14 days, email us at hello@btrdays.com and we’ll help look into it.


PACKAGE RETURNED TO US

If your package is returned due to address issues, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order will be considered null and void.


DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@btrdays.com and we’ll make it right.
Please note: our products are screen-printed, so small variations or tiny flecks are normal and part of the handmade process. 🤍
